Shipping Fees

The shipping fees are as follows:

• Free shipping for orders of 6 or more units of the Kikurage Essence.

• Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu: 1,300 yen

• Kanto: 900 yen

• Other regions: 1,000 yen

• Within the United States: 4,000 yen

Shipping Information

Normally, items are shipped via Yamato Transport within 10 days of receiving the order (products for the U.S. will be delivered within 20 business days). However, please note that delays may occur due to stock issues.

We do not ship to locations outside of Japan and the United States.

Returns Policy

Cancellations or returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective or different from what was ordered (limited to cases where we are contacted within 7 days of product arrival). We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference, so please make your selections carefully when ordering.

The following products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Products that have been in the customer's possession for more than 8 days after arrival

• Products that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession

• Products without packaging (bag or case)
