Machiko Chiba has been writing her long-running column “Machiko Chiba’s ART COOKING” in the New York–area free paper Weekly NY Seikatsu.
Weekly NY Seikatsu was first published in January 2004 as a Japanese-language free newspaper that provides essential information for life in America, all based on original reporting. It is distributed free of charge in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and is widely read and loved by the local Japanese community.
