An easy-to-make recipe recommended for parties. The scent of Cointreau is a great match for shrimp.

6 large shrimps

1 celery

A few dill leaves

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp ketchup

Pinch of truffle salt

Pinch of pepper

A small amount of Liqueur Cointreau

  1. Boil the shrimp with the shell kept on, and when boiled, peel the shell and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Cut celery into coarse pieces. Finely chop the dill.

  3. Add shrimps from step 1 and celery and dill from step 2 in a bowl and sprinkle with truffle salt and pepper.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon ketchup to the bowl from step 3 and mix. Add the Cointreau and give it a quick mix. Serve in a glass.
