Pasta Carbonara



Ingredients

3 ounces dry spaghetti (90g)

1 slice of bacon, cut into 1/4-inch slices (lardons)

2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

4 tablespoons heavy cream

1 1/4 cups water (300 ml)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2/3 teaspoon salt

Pinch of black pepper

1 teaspoon butter


Place all ingredients in the Cook-Zen and heat on medium-high for 12 minutes, with the steam hole set to "close". Stir well before serving.
