Mango Custard Jelly

To make a basic custard, it is necessary to put the flour-containing dough in a thick pot and heat it slowly and gently so that it mixes.

With a Cook-zen, all you have to do is add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla beans, and whipped cream, without the addition of flour, and heat in the microwave for only 2 minutes.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

2 egg yolks

Fresh cream 160cc

2 tbsp sugar

A little vanilla beans

2 ripe mangoes

[Crushed jelly]

1 cup water

2 tbsp sugar

1 bag of jelly powder

1 tbsp Cointreau

  1. Put water and gelatin in a heat-resistant container and heat for 50 seconds. Add sugar and Cointreau and let it cool and harden. Once it cools and hardens, crush with a fork.

  2. Add egg yolk to the Cook-zen and beat until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla beans and mix with a whipper. Seal with the inner and outer lids and heat in a microwave for 2 minutes. Open the lid, mix the custard thoroughly until thick, and chill in the refrigerator.

  3. Peel mango, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Put custards from step 2 and mangoes from step 3 in a glass and put the crushed jelly on top.
