Pork spareribs

Whenever I hold a cooking demonstration, pork spareribs are my most popular recipe - whether in Asia, Europe, or America. This dish is authentic and is guaranteed to be delicious. The bone-in spareribs become nicely browned in the Cook-Zen, with a pleasant aroma. With their tangy sauce, they're sure to be a hit.



5 to 6 pork spareribs, cut into individual pieces (about 500g with bone)

2 cloves garlic, sliced


4 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

  1. Place the garlic, pork, and sauce ingredients in the Cook-Zen. Set the inner lid to the "close" position, cover with the outer lid, and heat on medium-high in the microwave for 13 minutes.
